Most of the time bags are hereditary. You can use a color corrector to counter act the dark color under your eyes. For you I would say a pink or peach color.

If you're looking for an affordable good one, the glamoflauge one by hard candy rules. Also maybelline's superstay 24hr one. If you don't mind paying a little more, try MAC's pro longwear concealer.

I think that you could use a depuffing gel to help because often with dark circles there can be puffiness! atleast with me, haha! for very dark circles I would say use a salmon colored correcter/concealer to counteract the blue/purple.. then go in with your regular concealer! maybelline age rewind in radiant, maybelline dream lumi pen, revlon photoready stick concealer, amazing cosmetics concealer, benefit boiing, there are several options to get perfect coverage!

I use Smashbox concealer on top of my foundation and find it to be excellent at covering dark circles and lasts all day.
