depends on what you want in a mascara. my best friend has super long lashes and she uses cover girl where as I've spent a good $25 for a prestige brand mascara. I've heard awesome things about lancome mascara!

ok so I have an all time favorite mascara but its really hard to find anymore. I can't remember the name or the brand but it has a vibrating brush. it sounds silly but NO CLUMPS whatsoever. I'm sure someone here will know the name if they wanna post it for you. but I use it to spread them then a really dark black to make them pop
