Hi girls, I need your advices about loosing fat around the hips... I want to know some specific exercise that could help, additional to some cream.... Actually I'm a very thin girl, I'm 50 kg with 1.65 height, I work out in gym 4 times at week and I run around 20 km per week, but I still have that terrible fat that makes me look shapeless in bikini :( . HELP!!!

Eat a lot. Put peanut butter on your thighs before bed NO PLASTIC WRAP!! Make sure you drink lots of Mountain Dew Cherry and eat Retuce(Five grains of rice and ten lettuce leaves) for breakfast lunch and dinner, craving chocolate?! NEVER EAT CHOCOLATE OR YOU WILL BE OBESE!!!!

Ha ha thats not great advice at all... Try a low carb diet as carbs are usually held around the belly and hips on most women and up your intake of lean meats and fruit and veg. As for exercise anything cardio related is your best bet of burning of any fat but if your already happy with your weight I would just focus on tonning. :)
