I'm thinking about going buying all new makeup(the kind I have now is crappy). I'm almost 15 and I need a good everyday makeup routine that looks really good. I'm at a $20 at the most budget for each item. Also I don't want my mom to flip on me for wearing too much.

What im going to tell you first is that you dont need to spend 20$ on each makeup product. Items such as mascara, eyeliner, lipgloss/lipstick, and setting powder can all be bought at a drugstore and still work great for you. With that said, if you want to spend a little more money for better quality i think you should spend it on concealer, foundation, and eyeshadows. I dont believe you can find foundation anywhere except the drugstore for 20$ but you can look at clinique and mac for the cheapest department store. They can match your color and reccomend makeup to you based on your skin type, same with concealer. If you want eyeshadow, invest in a good palette such as urban decay naked, any of too faced box shadows, or even create your own at mac or inglot. Although they are pricey (around 50$) the price per shadow is cheap compared to buying singles at the drug store. Hope that helps and remember to get samples before you buy!
Also remember that its the technique that makes your makeup look great, not just the products. So dont be disappointed if you purchase all these higher end products and you dont look like a model right away. Practice makes perfect! Good luck doll :)

U have nice skin and you're young so I suggest a tinted moisturizer or bb cream. For cheaper powders, I think loreal true match is great since there's a huge shade range. For super cheap lipgloss, I like the elf ones for $1. For good cheap eyeshadow palettes, I like wet n wild. For mascara, I like maybelline or loreal ones. For lipsticks, I would suggest looking at revlon or loreal lip products. For cheeks, lots of ppl love Milani blushes. I personally love rimmel blushes but those r getting harder to come by. For eyeliner, maybe maybelline master drama.
