My face is exactly like yours. Make sure your not using anything with fragrance in it!

I'm 28 and I'm asking myself the same thing, I never had "really" bad acne on my face, I get it on my body ( chest, neck, back) but I get it enough on my face to piss me off! I thought by now It would be a grown out thing, I've been to dermatologists , on meds topical and orally it helped but never stopped the zits, I read somewhere it could be a gluten sensitivity ?!? Good luck with what you try,

Oh I just read to wash your face with a dandruff shampoo and apply anti fugul cream on your skin?!? Also perperation h I've tried prep h and it does shrink the zits, smells bad apply it overnight

Its just hormones! Some people say birth control helps, but you need to talk to your parents & doctor and decide whether it's a route you'd like to go. I've been using Dermalogica's Clean Start range for a few months, and even though it hasn't cleared my skin on its own, it has worked really well. It's on the pricey side but I consider it worth it. I was also on a topical gel & pills, but they didn't make much of a difference, so I went back to my doctor. He prescribed Oratane, and I saw a big difference within a month. In the 'old days' people had beautiful, clear skin; these days there are so many toxins in the air, the food we eat, and the products we use. Because of that, I try to use as few products as possible on my face, and I look for products that are very basic without a lot of colourants or fragrance. One of my resolutions for 2013 is also to eat less processed foods; it can only be good for me! Hope this helped.
