Help for Sensitive lips

I am wondering if anyone else has sensitive lips? Certain products have made my lips break out in dry patches and very chapped. Almost sore like if I keep using the product! I used to only have problems with liners and lipsticks but can't even wear the eos balms anymore. Any suggestions for lip liners for sensitive skin? I can't wear Mac, MK, or pretty much any of the drugstore brands:(
