So it's apparent that this is the "it" item right now, at least as far as eyeshadow palettes go. My twin sister came home for the holidays raving about it too, and I tried out some of the shadows. I definitely thought it seemed like a good neutral palette, and I like the shimmery shadows (I get that some people wish there were more matte colors to it) but I'm still not sure if I'm sold. So here are my questions for you ladies:
1. We're any of you considering this product but opted not to buy it for a reason other than price or lack of matte colors?
2. Any alternatives out there that are just as pigmented?
3. What are the differences between the Naked palette and the Naked 2 palette? Should I choose one over the other?
That's all for now! Thanks in advance!

Alright...
So I definitely think there's enough matte in the naked 1. I own both palettes and I prefer the first one because the second one has more shimmer. So if you're looking for less shimmer then I'd go for the first one. I insist! It's amazing. If you do proper blending the shimmer on certain shades will appear less.
If you're still not sold, then I'd construct my own palette. Either go to MAC or inglot and create your own palette.
