Keep them clean with a suitable liquid, do not bring too many hours a day and if you can use those daily or weekly: they are much less unpleasant than themonthly ones!

did you get that from an optician? they should have explained it to you. if this is self-prescribed, you could be causing damage to your eyes and might end up blind. suggest you see a professional.

You may want to get a better contact solution, I had the same problem so I switched to a 'moist' brand, my optician recommended it to me.
