Shuffle Hydrogen Peroxide for a couple minutes each day. I have tried whitening strips, baking soda, and other techniques-none of which work as well as shuffling Hydrogen Peroxide.

Yea. They r great. Ur supposed to use them once every 1-2 years to keep the same whiteness. But I've been lazy and my teeth haven't yellowed that much for me to care too much about touching up.

Baking soda ! And if you wear red lipstick it makes your teeth look whiter :p don't over do the baking soda it will wear down your enamel ! 1-2 a week

Have any of you ladies heard of "Oil pulling"? Swishing an oil (raw coconut oil is amazing) for up to 15 minutes, spit it out don't swallow it. Good for detoxing all kinds of things, ancient Ayurvedic remedy, the first thing I always notice is instant teeth whitening!! ;) It takes getting used to but your mouth feels amazing afterwards & teeth so white! <3

Crest white strips! Can't say enough good things about this product! I haven't whitened my teeth in about 3 years now. But you can barely I've stopped whitening. The effect lasts for a long time! But I don't drink anything to stain my teeth ie. coffee or wine. I do have to occasional soda but I always drink it with a straw! Anywho haha I deff. Recommend crest white strips!

Lemon juice and baking soda. Dab on a cotton ball. Let mixture sit on teeth about 5 mins. Brush

take a strawberry crush it up add baking soda mix together till it's kinda thick or like a gel brush on teeth for five mins then u have to rinse it out so it wont eat the enamel off it teeth then brush with regular toothpaste n if u get the strawberry seeds between it teeth floss them out

I used crest white strips about 3 yrs ago. To maintain them, I use whitening toothpaste and a water/baking soda solution on my toothbrush. You can use a solution of water and baking soda because a dentist recently said baking soda is too harsh without being diluted. I always get compliments about how white my teeth are
