I badly need help, I have a bad habit of Bitting my nails. I have tried everything from the nail polish, the drops and sprays etc. I need to stop, it's getting to the point that they are really sore and bleeding! Please help!

I have always been a nail biter but not that severe. I've heard hot sauce sometimes works :) lol I just put fake ones on and then when I take them off my nails are all grown out and I don't want to bite them

get some acrylics on. keep them till the grow out get them professionally removed (i know it sucks spending money to stop biting your nails) after you get them removed check out how long and pretty they are. try with all your might not to bite them for a few days and in that few days clean them out with a pair or tweezers twice a day. all the crap you pull out from your nails will gross you out to no end.
remember being told that you will get worms from dirty nails? well it is 100% true. the worm eggs are trapped under your dirty nails and when you chew them they hatch in your stomach and that's how you get worms. I'm not lying of exaggerateing please look it up. if that doesn't help you stop irk what will. helped me I chewed my nails since I was really little.
