If you want to grow your brows out so that you can wear them natural, I suggest Urban Decay's Lush Lash system. It's for eyelash growth, but I used it on my brows and saw better and longer lasting results than I did with my eyelashes. Lots of people say that castor oil and Vaseline can help as well. For now, you can fill in your brows with any number of things. My brow routine is first brushing my brows into the general shape I want. Next I lightly go over my brows with a brow pencil and draw the shape. This involves extending and thickening my tails, creating a defined arch, and making sure the front is straight and both brows are equal distance from my nose. Then I lightly brush through that to diffuse the harshness of the pencil. Next I take a matte eyeshadow and a small angled brush and go over the entire brow with small strokes. This helps make it look more natural. Finally, I use a touch of concealer and clean up the top if I need to. I know this sounds like a lot but my brows are probably only 3 minutes of my routine. You can try just doing a brow powder alone if you want, but I think using a pencil or some wax first will help the powder have something to stick to, especially over your scar. Just remember that eyebrows are sisters, not twins, so as long as they both look good, you'll be fine. Don't worry too much about perfection. Good luck!
