Good Face Wash To Wash Off Makeup

I have oily skin and bad acne scars I wash my makeup off with anti bacterial soap right now but it doesn't seem to get all my makeup off and I think it makes my face break out. What's a good face wash ..?

I use neutrogena makeup cleansing wipes and then cetaphil to wash and moisturize .. Avedas skin care is also reallly good but it's expensive

Of you wear makeup/ sunscreen, I recommend you to double clean( 1. Remove makeup 2.face wash).
Soap is generally not design to break down makeup, a gentle and great one is Bioderma H2O. Hope it helps!

cleanser completely removes make up, if its heavy make up, just cleanse twice + remove with a hot flannel
