I have very sensitive dry skin and this is what works for me :)
Morning
1. Wash face with cerave moisturizing cleanser
2. Spritz face with breath of fresh air toner by lush
3. Moisturize with embroylisse face moisturizer
Night
1.remove makeup with baby oil and a cotton square
. Use cerave moisturizing cleanser with olay prox cleansing system on the highest setting
3. Rinse then spray face with same lush toner and wipe with a cotton round to remove residue
4. Mix vitamin e oil and embroylisse moisturizer and apply
Sorry it kinda long, but this is what works for me! Keeps my skin clean, clear, and moisturized! Weekly i also use queen helen mint julip masque, and then apply a homemade mask made with greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and oatmeal. Hope this helps!

First off I'd stop using those chemical ridden products and switch to all natural instead.
I usually cleanse in the morning, tone (watered down witch hazel), use a natural moisturizer (yonka cream 28)
Then primer and makeup.
At night I cleanse, tone and use coconut oil every other night.
On the nights I don't use coconut oil I cleanse, tone, use glycolic acid pad, use yonkas vital defence (it has aha's and retinol).
Once or twice a week I do a clay mask and once every two or three weeks I do a professional glycolic peel on myself.
I try and let my skin breathe whenever possible.

1-2x per week:
