EAT HEALTHY! PORTIONS!!! Aerobic & Anerobic exercise everyday! Something that you will enjoy as well! Drink water. I think if you push yourself to work out in the mornings you will feel a lot better AND you'll be more consciense of your food choices throught the day so you wont store all those calories you worked hard to get rid of well get back. I've heard if you workout in the morning it gets your metabolism running throught that day. You can do it:)

Change your lifestyle. Better healthier food and fun excercise.... And don't over focus on it, it's not worth losing any happiness over. Skinny doesn't make you happy, and makes finding clothes a lot harder!!! (I'd like to know where models shop!!!!)

Eating healthy is the key. Stay away from foods and juices that contain too much sugar and sodium. It us good to read the nutrition labels. Eat protein, egg whites, turkey, chicken etc. fruits and veggies is a must and drink water!! Also exercise, at least 20 min a day.

Oxyelite pro- good weight loss pills. I've lost 5lbs in two weeks. But I workout hard core too. Egg whites for breakfast small lunch, tilapia or chicken and dinner. Snacks in between. Keeps metabolism going. Try almonds for a snack.

eat 6 small meals a day, eat plenty of greens, fruits, and whole grains. the Mediterranean diet is great to follow! also cutting out sodas, white breads and pastas, and sugar helps. 30 min of cardio and drink lots of water! :)

A good tip is to drink a glass of water before your dinner as this will help to fill you up, then have a glass after dinner to flush it all out if your system and also Regular exercise and a healthy balanced diet.

I use a free app called my fitness pal but any calorie app that u like would work. Figure out how much u want to lose and the app tells u how many cals to consume. If u reduce your calories from what u eat now and increase your activity u WILL lose weight. U have to look up all your food and don't cheat yourself but it works. I lost 6 lbs in a week and in down 65 lbs from 2 years ago. The best tip: there are NO shortcuts so if u are serious, be prepared to work hard and long.
