Hydrogen peroxide is NOT bleach. But it is not horribly safe to swallow. It is in alot of toothpaste. Try one o those.

Drink lots of water, and make sure you're rinsing your mouth or drinking water after drinking things that can stain your teeth like tea, coffee, wine etc. water will help reduce the stains!
