Condition with tons of olive oil until u have a decent coating, then do a normal shampoo. It doesnt wash all out and it looks "wet"

I know what your talking about I love that look. After you get out of the shower put some mousse and distribute it through the middle of your hair to the ends, once it drys it will give you that "wet" look
