So this might sound a little crazy but using Vicks Vaporub as a lotion on my face has helped with clearing up skin. It's very soothing and dries out acne .Before going to sleep rub some on your face avoiding eye area and wake up to clearer skin :)

Not at all it's actually really soothing just make sure it doesn't get near your eyes
