sometimes, you might shampoo and condition ur hair way toomuch. believe it or not, this damages your hair.

try using a sulfate free shampoo, get regualr trims, cut down on heat, and deep condition your hair once a week. GOOD LUCK!

one reason why your hair might be damaged and weak is brushing it while its wet . or just brushing your hair a lot .. when you wet your hair wait til it drys too brush it (:
