I have a naturally olive skin tone but I have noticed that around my eyes are a darker shade then the rest of my skin on my face ( it makes it look like I have bags under my eyes). how do I get rid of this without piling on concealer?

Do your normal foundation then i use a liquid concealer. Dot in the corners and under eyes, even out a little w your finger, let sit for a 30 secs-minute and dab w a foundation pad lightly till u can see a slightly lighter complexsion. Not too thick but really makes a difference.
