For people with small eyes black liquid eyeliner on the top lash line opens eyes and makes then appear bigger I recommend revlon color stay

Black eyeliner and mascara on the top, white eyeliner on your water line. You could try a little bit of mascara on the bottom, expirament to see what you like better. Use white eye shadow on the inner corners of your eye. That's all I got xD hope this helps

Try some white eyeliner on your bottom lash line! I recommend NYX jumbo eye pencil in milk!
