I have a dry skin condition and the winter is the worst for me! what can I use for that also something cheap and my face breaks out like crazy I'm 19 and want beautiful clear skin I use neutrogena but it doesn't seem to work help please :)

I have exactly the same problem, and neutrogena only dries my skin out more! I've recently started using the dermalogica ultra calming cleanser followed and its great. It may be a bit pricier than whet you're looking to spend but you only need a tiny bit so the bottle lasts ages. After cleansing I use a good moisturiser (can't remember the name sorry) and this helps to even out my patchy skin. I hope this helps! Can't wait for the warmer weather, I know exactly how you feel!
