it helps eliminate all the oils that u gain from sweatin. :) but becareful nt to spray too much thou cuz sometimes it end up powdering ur whole head n grey out ur mane.

Yeah you could, but it's ideally for when you don't have the time to wash it, it wont leave it fresh and clean like a normal shampoo, it just soaks up the grease from your roots

Either in a powder or spray powder form it helps to absorb oils in your hair to keep it from looking greasy
