Well if you can do the splits try getting a a closed space like a doorway and do the splits up the wall and it should definitley help! My cheer coach had this in our conditioning for cheer! It also helps with scorpions! :)

I am extremely flexible so idk why I can't straighten out my leg. If you have any tips please help!!! I stretch for atleast 30
Minutes to an hour a day and do 30
Minutes to an hour of conditioning.
