using color tattoo eyeshadow - IT DOES NOT STAY !

does anyone else have this problem ? i mean if you've seen the color tattoo comercials , you see the model take her fingers and try to wipe it off and it stays .... i bought the brown color tattoo and tryied this ... lets just say , in the end my fingers were brown and my eyes were bare. any new eyeshadow favs ?

I pat mine on like I would for an eye cream or if I need to be a tad bit detailed I use a synthetic eyeshadow brush to apply and I have no issues. Cream shadows require a little more work to apply but the end result is so nice. Don't give up on it just so soon.
