The hourglass foundation is on my "worst products" list personally. It has an old lady smell and made my face look like a greasy mess! Not worth the $50 price tag IMO. :(

i havnt tried the kat von d foundation but i use the hourglass immaculate and it is my favorite foundation!!!! i went from having to touch up my face 5 or more times a day when i was using other foundations like chanel or laura mercier, to now only touching up 1 or 2 times a full day when i use hourglass

Kat Von D is a full coverage foundation but their foundation leans more pink skin tones ( I'm more NC ) ;( so I didn't find a shade for me

Kvd Foundation is super thick and highly pigmented, think theatrical makeup. You have to apply this bad boy fast. It actually looks really pretty on the skin and not cakey at all if applied correctly. You moss practice skin properly to use this foundation and make it lay well on the skin. It will cover anything. Less is definitely more with this foundation and the price point is I'm amazing at only $36 a bottle. I've put this on many clients and they really enjoy it and they say it doesn't feel heavy. I personally have not worn it, I don't like full coverage anything and I'm to in love with my beauty balm to stray

Correction you must prep the skin properly or else this foundation will not Lay on the skin properly or look well on the skin because of how thick it is. It literally covered up the tattoo I have on my wrist

I love the Kat Von D foundation!! It is thick and full coverage, but looks flawless. My BF loves the more natural look and he compliments the way this looks on my skin.

I love Kat Von D! I live in Rio de Janeiro and it was the only foundation that supports the very hot sun. It doesn't cakey and it's very natural. I used mac, guerlain, mufe, Dior , but nothing is like Kat Von D! The best!

I love the hourglass over the kat von d! I also pair it with their mineral veil primer and I moisturize my skin before applying it. It leaves me with more of a matte finish that will gradually look satin throughout the day. I have incredibly oily skin so a satin finish, I can work with.
