I highly suggest you getting it after having all your children in the future bc they will change and sag and you might have to get them redone... I can't wait to get mine!! I hate my breasts right now. I started off tiny before I had my son. I went from a B to a size G and once I stopped breast feeding they sagged down to a C and they look horrible! Seriously can't wait to have my boobs done! But word of advice I had the advantage of feeling small breasts and big ones and when they are bigger than a d you look big yourself for no reason and they are very heavy !! Not worth it. Go for a nice c cup. ;) goodluck !! And if you love them let me know which doc you went to ;)

I'm a strong believer in doing what makes you happy now even if it causes u pain in the future. I think if u are thinking about it do it.

I had mine done 4 yrs ago at age 38.... After breast feeding 2 babies, I was left with a very small chest(from a C to an A) My plastic surgeon was realistic with me and would only do what looked natural. I am now a 34D. No one knows I have implants unless I tell them. I have saline that are really soft with lots of movement to them. Dr. Did incision around the nipple and I never lost nipple sensation. And have No back pain. I wear a sports bra to bed at night to prevent sagging in the future. (Dr's advice) my advice to you, do what's in your heart, only you know what's best for you!

I think that as long it doesn't look too extreme and if that makes you feel better go for it! Just BE CERTAIN that's what you want!

Back pain is big, and many stylish clothes don't fit right. Also if you want to bf later if you have kids you could have complications and not be able to :(

I'm about to go to bed because I have a hair appt super early but I wanted to throw some quick things out for ya!

I have saline implants. I got mine...4 1/2 years ago. I love them. People tend to say silicone is more "realistic" but I worked in multiple strip clubs for 5 years and have many friends who have both saline and s ilicone implants and it really just depends on the dr. I love mine so much, and I've been told people are surprised they're saline because they're soft and squishy.. aftercare is important. And a good dr.. seriously. I went to my dr because I knew a f ew other girls who did, and I have a friend who got hers redone after I did mine because she was never happy with her results and now that she went to my dr, she's very happy. My dr was REALISTIC with me, and I was torn between getting medium profile or high profile and a bit bigger and he told me to go with the smaller size. It was only a small difference but he knew the look I was going for, and it wasn't baseball tits! ;) So any dr who thinks the bigger the better is not a dr you want to go to. A good dr should work with you and what you want and not try to press any method on you. My dr did most of his work through the nipple, but I wanted my incision underneath, so he did it. I'm glad that's how I got mine done. If I ever get any other work done I will go back to him. I felt so comfortable and was never nervous at all!

I could go on and on about specifics of what I have and what I did but I have to get to sleep! One other thing though that I just remembered was if you do do it, remember that it is 2 separate surgeries. They will not necessarily change at the same rate after surgery! One of mine dropped very quickly and the other didnt, so I was lopsided for a bit. If you broke both ankles, theres no guarantee they would heal the same way at the same pace, so that's something to really remember because you don't want to be surprised/scared/disappointed when that happens.

Hope I was helpful and if you have any more questions feel free to ask! I would send you pics of my progression after getting them done but I lost them all in a computer crash a few years ago :(

I had mine done and don't regret it one bit! But can't stress enough to do your research in the doctors an the types of implants and the different ways to have them done..under muscle, over muscle, types of incisions, etc...don't be afraid to tell the surgeon what exactly you want and don't want..again do as much research as you can! Good luck!!

If you want them to boost your confidence or to help your self esteem then no do not get them done. Instead spend that money on a psychiatrist and fix your mental image of yourself. That will last you far longer than any boob job and will give you a healthy view on yourself. If you want them for medical reasons that will enhance your life thoroughly and you are willing to put your self through pain then go for it!

I got the reduction surgery after years of back issues and because of the growth of my breasts, I tore a muscle in my chest that landed me in the emergency room. I couldn't move my arms up for two weeks after the surgery, but am glad I went through it. In a year or two, I will have to have another reduction surgery to get them down to a smaller, more normal size. The thought of having to go thought that isn't appealing whatsoever, however. I'll do it, because I know it will help my back. Having to do it, just to upkeep my breasts, would not be something I would put myself through.

What's your reason for wanting bigger breasts? Depends entirely on the reason.

I have a bigger backside and hips. I think it's up to you if u want implants

I would think a lot about it first. Most people that I know that got them had them removed after a period of time. :)

I always suggest for women to get silicone implants. The silicone in the market these days is VERY high quality & wont need to be replaced for 30-40 years. Plus, it's both the most natural feeling & looking. Saline is quite a cheaper option. They're not as soft looking & can actually be harder than the Silicone. They don't necessarily "move" when you jump, etc. They are usually put in when girls want that 'hard' look.

If you're looking for a more natural look, ALWAYS go under the muscle. Under the muscle will let the implant flow with the natural curve of your body & helps create the illusion that the implant is actually natural breast tissue. Putting it over the muscle can be a disaster, especially if you don't have much breast tissue to work with. All you're see is implant! (Google Victoria Beckham boobs & you will see exactly what I'm talking about)

I know quite a bit about the subject, so if you have any other q's, I can quite possibly help. =]

I think you should invest your money elsewhere. Seems like a superficial waste of $ to me.
I know someone that got in a car accident & had one rupture inside her chest & it caused problems! Expensive problems!

@cynthia r your welcome:) & really ? If I had the money I would get a reduction & sometimes it's hard to wear certain tips because I feel that's all you can see ,so I am self conscious about it at times . But whatever you decide do just be happy:)
