As I get older I have realized I like less and less shimmer products. I now only really like satin/slight shimmer products on my eyes. I would prefer blush that's a matte finish (especially on my oily skin) but the shimmer ones are always so pretty! Other than that I stay matte except for the occasional shimmer in my lippies.
So I was wondering, what do you ladies prefer? Glitter, shimmer or matte? If you prefer shimmers, where?

I also have been wanting less and less shimmer. I always get matte everything now. I have got some shimmer eyeshadows lately that im willing to try. but other than that, I'll stick to matte.

I was feeling the same way but I think it comes down to the quality of makeup. Cheap shimmers show creasing and lines more than Matt but a quality shimmer shouldn't show any.

I bounce around- sometimes shimmer, sometimes matte. But overall I love matte<3

I use a lot of shimmer on my eyes but for my face I stay on the matte side except for my fav blush has a little sheen to it. I have normal to dry skin and I still like to keep shimmer only on my eyes and lips.

I'm the same. I'm starting to prefer eyeshadows with a satin finish as opposed to shimmer. I'm not a huge fan of matte shadows though.

I will forever love glitter! But I'm not daring enough to wear it as often as I'd like. I like shimmer/satin eyeshadows on my eyelid only. Other than that, my WHOLE face will stay matte! I'm too oily to risk it. lol
