Best in Sephora? There's MANY! YSL, Make Up Forever, Nars, Kat Von D, even the Sephora brand is decent. You have a lot to choose from.

My favorite that I have tried is the Kat Von D. Lovely colors! She has both liquid and regular lipsticks and the option of matte out metallic shimmer. I irrationally lean toward the metallic, but the matte is good for regular wear.
