I got the shade inked in pink today and can't wait to use it. I have never used a cream shadow before and was wondering how to apply it, I was assuming my fingers but I don't really know... Also should I used an eyeshadow primer? Thanks for the help

Yes, I highly suggest a primer prior to application and I actual find my fingers to work better with these particular cream shadows than a brush made specifically for cream shadows. And what's also nice about these is that you can add regular shadows on top and they give a nice dimension to your entire eye. Love, love, love!
