I have a big pimple on my face and it is on my forehead. I have a headache because of this pimple and I don't know what to do!

Well don't pop it if its early, it will only get bigger. Wash you face to get all of the oil off. I would suggest to put some dry up medicine on it over night. Proactive overnight mask will work. As for the headache, rub either lemon, or lime on your forehead. :)

Since it seems urgent & it's causing you pain, ask one of your parents to give you Ibuprofen. Almost every household has these pills - Ibuprofen reduces pain & any inflammation you might have & it targets painful acne really well. Also, ice it! This will help numb it a bit & also help with inflammation.
These things worked well in my teen years when I had REALLY painful acne!

You could also break an Advil liquid/gel and apply that directly to the pimple! That helps stop the pain and reduce the swelling immediately :)

Diluted organic tea tree oil is really great as a spot treatment for pimples. I used it throughout high school and it worked wonders. If you don't care much for the organic stuff, use Proactiv's Refining Mask as a spot treatment at nighttime - the pimple will dramatically reduce in size overnight. I've been using it for years (I don't have acne but I get a pimple or two when I'm on my period)

Ice will bring down the redness and swelling.
