How to not have glitter fall out from urban decay

I just got the urban decay ammo pallet & so far I love it but oh my the glitter fall out!!! I looked like a vampire from twilight all day today!! And I do my eye make up first!! What can I do to not have so much?

I think UD is famous for how badly their fall out is, theres probably not much you can do. But try heavily putting loose powder under your eyes and when youre done use either a fan brush or super fluffy brush to wipe it all away, but use a gentle hand. Also, try using tape by pressing it onto your under eyes, but make sure to 'dilute' the stickiness of the tape by putting it on the back of your hand first.
