my friend decided to wear makeup to school today, she says I inspired her to try makeup which I found flattering, but the only problem is she kinda bad at it. she wore black eyeliner today and it was only on the top, the problem was it was way above her lash line and really dark in some places and almost nonexistant in others. I really want to help her, I told her if she ever had any questions I was happy to help, but she declined. how can I bring this to her attention so she realizes what's wrong?

Tell her you discovered a new way to apply eyeliner and then show her the right way.
