Blonde Hair Dye Help!

Okay so about a year ago I lightened my hair. I've always been a natural blonde but after I lightened it the roots started to grow back like a darkish dirty blonde. I think it looks really weird and I wanna dye it a light blonde. not really yellow but more of a whiter blonde. Any Help or Suggestions?? :)
