Okay so I've dyed and bleached my hair so many times from black to blonde and back again. What are some good treatments to help your hair?

Find a really good deep conditioning treatment.

I completely ruined my hair through using bleach. The best deep conditioning treatment I found was Osmo intensive deep repair mask, it's very nourishing. When my hair was at it's worst this was my everyday conditioner. I also used either olive oil or coconut oil on my hair 2 or 3 times a week, as an overnight treatment. You can hide the inevitable frizz of over bleached hair by blow drying your hair the right way, but you should stay away from heat as much as possible, and don't wash your hair too often. Other than that, you're just gonna have to grow the damage out I'm afraid! Also, DO NOT bleach your hair again!
