I think you would be able to just dye the brown over the red you have now but your hair might fade and you'll have red streaks peaking through but after you can just bleach the ends than put whatever color you want 😊

I actually just tried to dye over my red hair with a copper dye hoping it'd come out a darker auburn colour but it really only picked up on my ends where my hair has previously been bleached and my roots were still a dark red, I'm actually going to buy a pre lightener from shwartzkopft, it's like a gentle bleach but it works so well to remove colour without frying your hair, then I'll be buying a medium auburn dye and trying that. I think you'd be best off trying to remove some of the red, you could try letting it fade for as long as you can bare it (I tried to do that before I dyed it with the copper) but still didn't come out the way I wanted, it's a work in progress.

I love seeing your hair looks Shaye! You always look so cute! I deff don't wanna bleach. Maybe I'll try to get a color stripper?

Yes! You could try that too :) I was going to use a colour stripped but unfortunately can't find one anywhere close but I'm not 100% sure yet what I'm doing with my hair haha! But a colour stripper is definitely a good alternative if you can find a good one :)

Lol. I got you :) I'm thinking maybe that will be my best bet. Color stripper, then hair dye. I absolutely can not bleach my hair. It's too fine and thin

I was growing mine out so half of my hair held the colour 100% when I went red while my ends faded from when I was blonde agess ago haha. :( good luck! Hope it all works out :) defs understand not wanting to bleach, I feel you lol!
