How can I create pin curl waves with straightners?

Can anyone help on how to quickly create pin curl waves or old style glamour waves with tongs or straightners with long hair? Thank you.

There's tons of youtube tutorials on it! It'll be easier to understand if you see it. But you don't need to use heat at all, just lots of bobby pins or hair clips. You basically just create finger waves and pin them in place, leave them on for at least 2 hours (longer if your hair is naturally straight) and then remove the pins.
