My skin gets really oily on my T-zone but it peels a lot and when I wear foundation, after a while it starts to like break up and look really bad. Is it dehydrated? Oily? How do I make it look nicer? (I also have insane blackheads)

Sometimes skin becomes so dry that it produces more oil to try to counteract the dryness.
I would maelke sure your drinking enough water and moisturizing twice a day

I don't think that your skin is dehydrated because you have oily complexion, the ration of water and oil in your skin is not balanced. Oily complexions are not dehydrated. Just use peeling once - twice per week and you'll be fine. Make sure to moisturise before applying make up! This step can't be skipped, just use moisturiser that is oil free so your Tzone Won't get more oily, just hydrated more so dry patches won't be created :)

Nicol, you have to moisturise. If you feels like you'll be more oily, there are moisturisers that are oil free! :)

It could also just be you growing. I had break outs and super super oily skin. It got better when I was 14 after buying a facial moisturizer. (before I just used normal body lotion on my face)
I would suggest buying a facial cleanser, an exfoliator, and a facial cleanser.
(I highly recommend olays fresh effects tbh. I'm 20 now and this has been my favorite facial products so far)
You can experiment w/different brands. like I mentioned earlier, it took me years to find my favorite products lol.
But yeah, think of it as a journey and don't be in a complete rush to make your skin perfect.

**it got better when I was 14 but my face didn't chill out until I was 17-18.
Also those of us w/oily faces tend not to get as many wrinkles :)

Sisi, it doesn't matter if you skin type is oily, normal, combo.. dehydration is a skin condition and can occur with any skin type. It's very common for people with an oily skin type to still experience dehydration. Nicole, you need to moisturize regardless of your skin type, make sure you are cleansing properly, exfoliating, toning and also using a mask. I would suggest seeing an esthetician for a consultation and facial to better understand your skin.
