What is you usual skincare routine?
One of my friends had acne and she would always moan about it and say her skin was horrible etc... But then she thought about it and realised it was part if her and her skin wasn't horrible- it is just her skin so I would say to you to try and embrace it as it is part of you...
I don't have a specific treatment for acne but I would do this:
Every Day- for sensitive skin Simple is very good
Facial wash
Cleanser
Moisturiser- tinted if wanted
Eye cream
Blemish Stick
Weekly
Exfoliate- maximum 3 times a week
Face mask
Hope that helped:)

What I have is a tea tree cleanser and it works really well ( I also have sensitive skin) I bought it off of amazon but you can also get it at the body shop. another thing I use is the neutrogena transparent soap bar! it's really great. just remember that a little goes a long way.

Okay first of all, visit a dermatologist. It's a MUST! She will recommend you some skin care that you will have to do every morning and evening. You have to visit dermatologist every month to keep the acne away, although it will still develop a little. After few months you will see a change. It's quit painful to get rid of acne (I have acne too!) :) but it's worth the pain.

Don't touch your face because the Bacteria / infection will spread and form new acne
