I personally don't like this hair color, it fades so quickly and just tends to look grimey.. I saw a lot of students at Paul Mitchell do this to their hair, I would say about 5 out of the 7 that dyed it, disliked it fairly quickly.

Is your hair naturally blonde? If so the upkeep would only be half the battle as darker haired girls. Personally I'm past the trend of "granny" hair, but that aside I do think it would suit your skin tone wonderfully. I'd personally go more with a lilac grey then a silver grey.
