So, I'm getting my hair dyed again within the next month and I'm looking for advice on what shampoo & conditioner I should use. I have long, dry, easily-knotted hair. Also, is Wen any good??

Try shampoos and conditioners that say "color preserve". A small sample may be available in the box of hair dye just to rinse it out for one time, but try to find a larger size at any store. Use shampoos for fine or delicate hair, and some are even made just for long hair, too. I have not tries wen!

I'm currently using L'Oreal EverColor. It's sulfate free so it won't excessively strip your hair. It also smells like herbs which I love!
