I'm confused by what you mean by ears up? I think strawberry blonde balayage would look great. It's a great way to lighten up and get that sunkissed look.

Maybe something like that but less color, leaving more of your base and your stylist can paint on the color, a few higher up and the rest lower and just do partial. I love balayage & it's easier to maintain like you said, you don't have to worry about touching up roots. I work at a hair salon & get my hair done for free but my favorites have included some color of balayage.

I just did some research and actually learned what a partial highlight was, everyone just told me to get one, never actually telling me what it was, so scratch the above the ears and my last comment, I'll just get an actual partial highlight, but would it look okay ombred? Sorry for the confusion!!

That looks really good! Was your hair Virgin hair when you did it?

Not really because I had all over highlights and covered them with a redken black glaze, I had that for over 2 months and decided to do the balayage

Hey honey, I can offer some advice as I am a hairdresser :) just curious about one thing though... Is your hair colour now Virgin hair or coloured? Because it looks coloured and if you have that blonde from the picture you put up underneath you could actually balayage/ombré your hair with a hair colour remover product instead of bleach which are designed to be non damaging and just use the matching conditioning toner to achieve your Desired color result. Even. Using the colour remover to remove existing colour from the ends would make lightening your hair a much less damaging process over all and can be bought in kits quite cheaply (I'm in Australia and they seek them even in supermarkets and pharmacys in the hair colour section) hope this helps :)
