It is probably cause by the sun. Or your skin might get freckles. I get freckles towards summer :)

They honestly just look like freckles or even sun spots maybe try using a medium to full coverage foundation or a color correcting concealer under your regular concealer

I can't really see them, but they could be an allergic reaction, have you recently tried something new? Try taking a Benadryl and see if they go away!

To help them from getting darker, use an SPF of at least 30.. they're nothing to be ashamed of though!
