Hi ladies! Since it finally spring 😊, I'm looking for a bold lipstick color that is fun and beautiful and it good for summer. I have medium olive...y toned skin (not too olive though), brown eyes and brown hair. Any suggestions on lip colors? Also, I don't want it to make my teeth look yellow :/. Should it be matte or shiny/creamy? What's the new trend? Thanks:)

I love bright pink lippie as it really stands out and is more summery rather than a deep purple which is more wintery- just my opinion:)

Thanks! Yeah I agree that deep deep purples and reds are more wintery :) I have tried light pinks, nudes ( light colors in general) but it looks so off with my skin tone :/

Some of my favourites are coral's: Revlon Coralberry, Rimmel Lip Stain (can't remember the name it rubbed off the packaging lol), and Mac Reel Sexy
Purples: NYX Butter Lipstick in Hunk, Sephora Cream Lip Stain in African Violet
The finish is really your personal preference. Matte lipsticks tend to last longer but can be more drying on the lips. I prefer a creme finish but nothing too shiny.

I love my nxy lipstick in blue rose. Don't let the name fool you, it's a bright magenta.

Pale pinks are great, and red is always classic.

I love mac's matte lipsticks. I'll post some swatches of my favorites I have dark hair (naturally blonde) but dark eyes and medium skin so these should look good on you as well.
