The Ulta contour kit is really good, it doesn't break me out, and I have acne prone skin, I use it on the daily! And it's only $20 :) (or at least it was when I bought it)

Powder works best for me because I have extremely oily skin (also acne prone). Contour kits are really dodgy because most of them are just bronzers, blush and a white powder. The NYX HD blush in "Taupe" is incredible and, if you have the money for it, the Kevyn Aucoin Sculpting powder.

Are you wanting a kit or can it just be as specific contour product?

And I'd use powder because I think it would be easier to apply.
