I've really been loving the maybelline fit me dewy + smooth foundation. It doesn't break me out :)

I loved it for my dry skin, but it also broke me out. I really like Makeup Forever HD...

I heard Neutrogena Healthy Skin liquid foundation is also supposed to be a dupe. Have you tried that yet?

I've tried the chanel VA foundation. It had light to a light medium coverage you would definitely need a concealer with it (I did anyway). Shade selection is quite poor only six or seven shades where I live maybe more in the US I'm not sure. It lasted about six hours on me before I noticed it disappearing around my nose and mouth. It had a dewy look which was nice but I powdered my t zone just to set the foundation. It also had a scent which wasn't too overpowering but I prefer scent free foundations if possible. I wouldn't buy it again as I prefer my semi matte formulas or I would use an illuminating base under my foundations if I wanted a dewy look.

It was also extremely liquidy which needed to be shaken each time you used it and I used my hands to apply (which I prefer not to do but using a brush compromises on the coverage a lot.

Jacqlyn, I tried the chanel, and both my friend and I broke out 😢she actually got a really bad reaction. It is also high in carcinogenic ingredients, which I care about, but some other people might not. Hope that helps :)

I was such a huge advocate of Nar sheer glow for summer. It was so light weight. However, it is no longer my staple foundation because it does have a certain effect on skin. I cannot figure it out. It made me break out too but in the normal sense. I feel that is how some products are *random story* Lorac CC cream broke me out so bad once my skin still is recovering. I think each person's skin has a certain reaction to a product. I would suggest Neutrogena Healthy Skin. It is pretty dewy. It is not drying. Full coverage. And does not cling onto existing acne. *DISCLAIMER* with that being said there is no real control over shine from the dewiness so a powder really helps to bring down the shine.

Hopefully that made sense ^ Sorry!

I am the same way. With sheer glow I don't need powder. With healthy skin I do a little. I use a bare minerals powder foundation. However, if you like the dewiness then that works too!
