So I'm traveling to Europe this summer for a month with my brother and sister, and we're backpacking. While I know I can't bring a lot of makeup, nor will I need it, I don't want to go without anything. What are some products that should be priorities for me? Skincare is a big one for me so I'm concerned about that lol. As for storage I'll just have a huge backpack and a day bag/carry on to use when we travel around for the day.

I did a backpacking trip (interrail) last year and makeup-wise I took with me: waterproof mascara
a taupe eyeshadow which I used both on my eyelids and eyebrows
a bb cream
translucent powder.
and for skincare:
sunscreen, high spf (very important!)
aftersun lotion
makeup remover wipes
moisturizer
hope I could help :)

Also, try to absolutely minimize the amount of stuff you take with you. it's not fun being in a foreign city where it's very hot and carrying around tons of clothes etc... in your backpack. I had very bad experiences with that because I took too much with me.

I think the basics for makeup are: eyeliner mascara and brows. Bring what you usually use for those. For skincare, bring day cream, night cream and a cleanser for everyday. For scrubs, you can just steal packets of sugar when you're there lol. I'm just thinking of minimizing your things hahah. Also if you use foundation, then youll need that a concealer setting powder and your brushes but thats quite a bit of stuff :P I'm soooooooo jealous btw.

Don't forget chapstick and maybe one or two lipsticks.

Look for some 2in1 products, like lip and cheek tint, or tinted lip balms, and a shadow that could be used for eyebrows and wet as an eyeliner :)

Makeup
High spf BB cream
Powder
Tinted brow gel
Mascara
Tinted lip balm (can be used as a blush)
This is really all you need, anything else is extra weight
Skin care
Face wash
Moisturizer
Sun screen
Makeup remover wipes
Try to keep it minimal while your traveling, you won't need or be using a mask or exfoliating on your trip so only bring the necessities. When you get back you can treat your skin to a nice mask or something
