Nivea Creme (it's superrrrr thick and oily so I can only use it at night, and wake up with super soft hands!)
And for daily use I use Gold Bond which also works great

Shea butter and cocoa butter are great like Cocoa said, They're good for overnight moisturizing.
For daytime I highly recommend Kiehl's ultimate strength hand salve. It's not greasy at all, smells heavenly (eucalyptus) and relieves my winter chapped hands!
