I prefer clip ins!

I've had both, and HATE the glue ins... they yanked out my hair, even when using the glue removing solutions, they didn't look extremely neat, and you also need help applying them (i think my dad helped me put them in when I had them so maybe that's why they weren't perfect haha).

clips ins don't tug out your hair-IF you put them in correctly... I sleep in mine when I'm really lazy so it ripped out some of my hair.. I don't do that anymore. They are easy to apply and you don't need assistance. I find it easier to take care of extensions when they are not attached to my head, so these are easier upkeep for me than glue-ins. I find them to be more versatile and easier to style and handle and maintain
