Does anyone know any good tricks or maybe tutorial videos on how to do it perfectly?
I used to try to do it when I was in high school but I'd always mess up and each eye would look totally different from the other. So I just stopped doing it but I really want to learn again. Ill put up a pik too of the kind I mainly want to learn

It's 99% the brush you use. I used to have trouble with a cat eye, then I got the MAC #210. But any super small brush is fine. They make a lot of them now for liner application.
The other thing, don't put on one eye then the other. Gradually build both eyes so you can make sure they are even.
And qtips. Lots and lots of qtips!
