Watch tutorials on YouTube. It's actually very simple.

Watch some tutorials. I'm still not great but I'm much better. I guess that's why some people are MU artists and some aren't 😉

Keep practicing, ull get it. Easiest pallet of colors to start with are neutrals; vanilla, light and dark browns, golds. Use different textures: shimmers, matts, velvets, glitters. Try to use at least two colors at a time; lightest under brow, in corner of eyes, darkest on outter corner into crease, medium shade on lid. U really just need to practice! Ull get it.

Youtube is a great place to start. It takes practice. Do you have a nearby Sephora? You can walk in or call ahead and have them do an eye express on you. Let them know that you need help learning how to do eye shadow. They will talk you through everything you need to know and show you how to do it yourself.

I learned from my friends and also the make up counters like MAC. I have a friend who works there and is great with giving me tips about make up. Also you can use youtube as everyone else suggested
